John Bautista

John Patrick Bautista is currently a student at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design at the University of Toronto doing his Masters in Architecture. He completed his Bachelor’s degree of Environmental Design (Honours Program) at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. On his last year of undergraduate studies, he participated in the site analysis and community planning of the Marpole Neighbourhood and in turn created the website Studio Marpole to help inform the community and the city of the current condition of the neighbourhood and its potential future. He also has a background in FIne Arts from Langara College (Vancouver, BC) and was awarded the Design Studio Award in 2009. In the summer of 2012 he interned in Angers, France learning first hand how an architecture office runs in a day-to-day environment.He has been part of Aziza Chaouni Projects for several months and consider his participation to the office an invaluable resource to his education.
