Verónica Gallego Sotelo

Verónica obtained her Master’s Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia-BarcelonaTECH, Spain also studied at TU Graz, Austria. She worked in offices in Spain, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. Before joining ACP Toronto in 2015 Verónica ran her own practice in Spain and the Czech Republic. She was also a member of the Culture Commission of the National Architectural Association in Vigo, Spain, and was invited to participate in various architectural exhibitions. Verónica has more than 6 years of experience as an architect in all phases of a project. Her contribution to ACP extends from design development through to construction drawings and project management. From February 2017 to March 2017, she was a Substitute Professor for Undergraduate and Graduate studios at John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design, University of Toronto, to which she has been invited as a guest critic on different occasions. She is passionate about architecture in all its multiple forms, most particularly how it is involved in shaping society.
